Mead, also known as honey wine, is a sweet beverage made out of fermented honey, yeast, water, and sometimes a few added secret ingredients. It can vary in flavor just like any other wine, but that is what makes every brand unique. The B&G Meadery is run by Cassandra Gore out of Stonewall, Oklahoma. She sells mead in a variety of sized bottles. Customers can also schedule a tasting to find their new favorite drink.
